About Me

Welcome to Darren Blower Bespoke Estate Agents. We are an independent family business, run by Darren and Karen Blower, a Husband and Wife Team, with a combined Estate Agency background and experience of over 50 years, working at Director level.

Our sole purpose is to provide our Clients with a very personal and professional service, using sophisticated marketing technologies (including advertising on the two largest property portals Right Move and Zoopla) and combining this with empathy and continued support throughout the whole Sale process.

With this personal aspect in mind, we are contactable from 7.00 am to 8.00 pm seven days a week, ensuring that we can be available to deal with your needs out of the standard core business hours. We realise that the weekends can sometimes be a more convenient time to arrange market appraisals and viewings, our extended weekend hours offer this flexibility.

Living in this area ourselves, we are able to offer helpful local knowledge for any prospective buyers.

We would be delighted to meet with you and carry out a no-obligation market appraisal of your home, property or development.

Rock

The village of Rock, situated in North Cornwall, is a charming and idyllic coastal destination loved by many. This picturesque village, nestled along the banks of the Camel Estuary, boasts a unique blend of natural beauty, a host of amenities and relaxed seaside ambiance.

One of the village’s standout features is its stunning sandy “Rock Beach”. From Rock Beach there are far-reaching views along the wide Camel Estuary. Rock and the surrounding coast are a wildlife-watchers haven, an absolute walkers delight along the coastal routes across the sand and dunes to Daymer Bay, Polzeath and beyond. Rock also caters for water sport enthusiasts and the St Enodoc Golf course is justifiably ranked as one of the most agreeable links courses in the whole of the UK.

A small ferry from Rock makes the short trip over the Estuary to bustling Padstow.

Rock is also a haven for food enthusiasts offering a unique selection of choices.

Padstow

A pretty harbour with bustling streets, an array of shops and a flourishing foodie scene, situated on one of the most stunning stretches of coast.

Padstow is well known for the quality of its food and dining. But it is not just fine restaurants; there are cafes, artisan coffee shops, bistros, snug tearooms, specialist wine, gin and ale outlets/bars and a handful of welcoming pubs all dotted around the harbour. Of course, there are always Cornish pasties and traditional fish and chips if you fancy grabbing a take-away, just watch out for the pesky seagulls!

Port Isaac

With narrow winding streets lined with pretty whitewashed cottages overlooking a small harbour, Port Isaac is a truly picturesque village. Set amidst rugged and magnificent coastal scenery, you can understand why it has become something of a film star in recent years.

The village is home to the TV series Doc Martin and the infamous Fisherman’s Friends shanty singers. The Port Isaac Heritage group of volunteers collect, record and arrange exhibitions of the important history of Port Isaac and district ensuring it is preserved for future generations.

Polzeath

The small village of Polzeath is a haven for surfers and beach lovers alike! Polzeath is home to a fantastic beach and is an extremely popular surfing destination. The beach is a magnificent stretch of golden sand situated between Pentire Head to the north and the mouth of the Camel Estuary. There are a selection of shops and eateries to be discovered and enjoyed.

It was a favourite haunt of the late Poet Laureate, Sir John Betjeman, and is celebrated in some of his verse. He even chose the church at St. Enodoc as his final resting place.
